Questions about paying in dinars
How can I pay for AI on OpenDunes from Algeria?
With the card you already have. Deposit into your OpenDunes balance in dinars with CIB or Edahabia — you finish the payment on the usual CIB / Edahabia page. There is no foreign credit card, no PayPal detour, no currency workaround and no VPN anywhere in the flow.
What is the smallest amount I can put in?
50,00 DA. There is no plan to pick and no minimum monthly commitment — deposit a small amount, spend it on any model in the catalog, and deposit again whenever you want.
What does 3 000 DA of credit actually buy?
On Solar Mini 4 from Upstage, one of the cheaper models in the catalog, 3 000 DA buys about 60 000 messages — ≈ 0,050 DA per message (50 % off, was 0,10 DA), a message being a short question and a one-screen answer. It is billed on ↑ 16,64 DA · ↓ 66,57 DA per 1M tokens. Frontier models cost more per message; every model's price is published on its own page.
Does my balance expire if I stop using it?
No. Credit you deposit stays on your account until you spend it. There is nothing to renew, nothing that lapses at the end of a month, and no fee for leaving a balance sitting there.
What happens when my balance runs out?
New requests stop: the API answers with a plain 402 until you deposit. A request already running when the balance reached zero is billed in full, so the balance can show a small debt — never more than those last requests. No fee, no interest. Your next deposit fills the debt first, and the same key keeps working.
