1. Service Description

OpenDunes provides an AI API gateway that allows developers in Algeria to access large language models (LLMs) from multiple providers through a unified API. All billing is conducted in Algerian Dinars (DA) using a prepaid credit system.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Billing & Credits

  • Credits are purchased in Algerian Dinars (DA) at the exchange rate displayed at the time of deposit. Exchange rates may change between deposits.
  • Credits are non-refundable. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely.
  • Usage is billed per API request based on token consumption. Pricing is displayed per model in the model catalog.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal activity under Algerian law
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or billing controls
  • Share API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Generate content that violates the upstream AI provider's usage policies
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the platform infrastructure

5. API Keys & Access

API keys are personal and non-transferable. You can create multiple keys with different permissions and rate limits. You are responsible for all usage incurred through your keys. Revoked keys are immediately deactivated.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform depends on upstream AI providers (OpenRouter) whose availability is outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk. Suspended accounts retain their credit balance but cannot make API requests.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with Algerian Law 18-07 on data protection.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
