Zapier

Not yet available. A native OpenDunes Zapier integration is on the roadmap. The information below describes the intended setup.

The OpenDunes Zapier app will let you call any model in the catalog from Zaps without writing code — connecting AI inference to thousands of apps that Zapier already supports.

Intended Capabilities#

Once available, the OpenDunes Zapier action will support:

• Chat Completion — send a prompt to any OpenDunes model and use the response in downstream Zap steps
• Classify — route content between branches based on an LLM classification
• Summarize — condense long text from emails, documents, or form submissions
• Translate — convert text between languages, with native support for Arabic and French

Use Cases#

• Summarize new emails before routing them to a CRM
• Classify incoming support tickets by category and urgency
• Generate reply drafts from form submissions
• Translate customer messages to and from Arabic or French for Algerian business workflows

Available Today via Webhooks#

Until the native app ships, you can call OpenDunes from Zapier using the Webhooks by Zapier action:

1. Add a POST Webhooks step in your Zap.
2. Set the URL to https://opendunes.com/api/v1/chat/completions.
3. Add a header: Authorization: Bearer YOUR_OPENDUNES_API_KEY.
4. Set the Content-Type header to application/json.
5. Build your JSON payload in the Data field:
