List the provider endpoints serving a model.

GET /v1/models/{model}/endpoints) is not served by the gateway yet; this page describes the intended behavior.
Per-model provider availability is visible today on each model's catalog page — the Providers table at /models lists every provider serving the model with its observed latency and DA rates. Programmatically, GET /api/models/{slug} (public, unbilled) includes the model's provider data.
