Exchange an OAuth PKCE code for a user-scoped API key.

Not yet available. OAuth PKCE key provisioning (POST /v1/auth/keys) is not served by the gateway yet; this page describes the intended behavior. See OAuth PKCE for the full intended flow.

When it ships, it will exchange an authorization code + PKCE verifier for a user-scoped API key.
