Create and manage workspaces and their budgets.
Workspaces are managed from the dashboard at Settings → Workspaces. The dashboard persists them through the session-authenticated /api/workspaces (CRUD, plus /switch and member add/remove) — dashboard endpoints, not part of the key-authed /v1 API. See Workspaces for roles and limits.
Not yet available. A key-authed workspaces API is tracked to be built.
