Datadog

With the datadog destination, every OpenDunes request arrives in Datadog LLM Observability as an LLM span, under the ML app you name.

What Datadog receives#

One span per request at {url}/api/intake/llm-obs/v1/trace/spans: kind llm, the model and its provider, the input and output as messages, the token counts as metrics, and in the metadata your trace fields, the sampling parameters, the cost in DA, the finish reason and the receipt id. The span is tagged service:<mlApp>, and user_id:<user> when the request sent user; session_id carries over.
