Send OpenDunes traces to New Relic.
With the newrelic destination, every OpenDunes request arrives in New Relic as a trace, through its OTLP endpoint.

}'One span per request, OTLP over HTTP at https://otlp.nr-data.net:4318/v1/traces, or https://otlp.eu01.nr-data.net:4318/v1/traces for eu. The span carries the gen_ai.* attributes — the model, the provider, the token counts, the cost in DA — and the input and output as text.
