Raindrop watches AI products for issues in live conversations. With the raindrop destination, every OpenDunes request arrives in Raindrop as a tracked event.

What Raindrop receives#

One event per request at {baseUrl}/v1/events/track. The event is named by your trace_name, or by the route; its user is the request's user, else the key's name. It carries the last user message and the answer, the model, session_id as the conversation, and in its properties the provider, the cost in DA, the token counts, the duration and your trace fields. Under privacy_mode, the message and the answer stay out.
